VILLA PRICES:

The following prices are for your self-catering villa. They do not include travel or car hire.

Villa Seeka  

May and October                              €400 per week

June and September                       €600 per week

July and August                                €800 per week

November to End of April                €200 per week        During these winter months Villa Seeka can also be rented for longer term.  

 

 

Villa Elya

May and October                              €600 per week

June and September                       €850 per week

July and August                                €1,100 per week

 

During July and August we would prefer bookings of one week or multiples of one week.

At other times we can be flexible and offer a day rate, just contact us with your requirements.

Villa Seeka will be available for long term rental during the low season-please contact us with your requirements.

 

Booking Information

All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 20%. We will invoice you for the balance 4 weeks before your holiday, this can be paid in two ways, either on receipt of the invoice directly into our bank account, or in euros on your arrival. If you wish to make a booking within 4 weeks of arrival, please contact us and we will accommodate you if possible. In this case, a deposit of 20% will be required immediately, plus the balance if paying by bank transfer. Alternatively you can pay the balance in euros on your arrival.
