This wonderful villa, new in 2006, is in fact our home so it is furnished personally and is very well equipped and cared for.  There is a wonderful large veranda on 3 sides with breathtaking views of the sea and the Taygetos mountains on the far shore, where the evening sun sets the mountains alight with red, mauve and golden hues.

Inside there is a large split level living room with open fire, and fully equipped kitchen.  A French window leads out onto the veranda.  The whole room has a wonderful view of the sea.

 

A step up will take you to the bedroom and bathroom area.

All rooms have mosquito screens fitted to the windows as well as shutters.

The villa has its own private garden as well as use of the main gardens.

NB. The villa has a basement with a completely separate entrance where your hosts will usually be staying.

Living and kitchen area, 1 twin or double bedroom, shower room, 2 verandas and private garden.

 

This villa, due for completion in 2008, will have an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed. There will be one bedroom with twin beds that connect to give a large double, and a shower room.  The bedroom will have patio doors to the larger of the two verandas which also has access from the living room.

The smaller of the two verandas has access from the living room area and a stunning view down over the swimming pool area and gardens to the sea and mountains beyond.

All rooms will have mosquito screens fitted to the windows and shutters.
