` Special Rates For 2008 For the summer of 2008 we are offering Villa Elya at a favourable rate because the main in-ground swimming pool and its landscaping will not be constructed until the autumn. This also means that Villa Seeka although now complete is not accessible. We are also offering various sailing options for the 'never have set foot on a yacht before' to the more experienced in the beautiful location of the Messinian Gulf.. |
Villa Elya
We are planning to install an above-ground pool 15ft.diameter, fitted with pump and filter in the garden of the villa. The garden also includes a barbeque area ready for your use. We will also offer the chance to sail with us in our yacht for the day. Please see our sailing section. |

One Week Sailing Cruises
An opportunity to enjoy this beautiful area from the water! There are some wonderful destinations nearby that will enchant you- one comment from a guest on board in the area was: "all the places we put into are just so pretty!" A typical week sailing will follow along the same lines as the trips outlined in our Sailing/Villa holiday page, just with more days and destinations! Prices based on 2 people sharing double cabin (single occupancy 30%
